United States Shipping Charges
Most orders are shipped either via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Parcel
Post within the Continental United Sates, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping charges outside the United
States will be higher and you will be advised and invoiced the additional
charge. Once the additional payment is received, your order will be
processed.
Shipping rates are subject to change
without notice. All changes will automatically be reflected in our shipping
schedule for easy referral.
Shipping will be done via U.S. Global
Priority for all orders from outside the continental U.S.A. The shipping
rates for this service will be higher. We reserve the right to decline
orders outside of the United States.

Delivery Schedule
Although orders of in-stock items will be processed within 72 hours of receipt,
please allow at least 15 business days for your order to be shipped
if items in your order are out of stock at House And Garden Flags.
All delayed orders are closely monitored and you will be notified of
their status as information becomes available.
House And Garden Flags reserves the right to hold your order until
all items are in stock and your order can be shipped complete,
however if delays are in excess of 15 business days, in stock items
will be shipped separately. This will not result in extra shipping
charges. If you need an order for an event or gift, please

Orders placed on weekends or
Federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Orders paid by Echeck or a bank
debit card will be held until payment has cleared, usually 3 to
4 days.

If you are not available at
the time of delivery and a notice is left by the shipping
company (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), you are responsible for
picking up the package or rescheduling delivery in the required
time frame or the shipping company will return the package to
me. Please check with the shipping company.* If the package is
returned to me, you will be responsible for any additional
shipping charges.

Rush Orders
All payments for rush orders must be received or confirmed prior
to processing. A PayPal invoice will be emailed to you the same day
you place the order. Shipping charges may be emailed to you under a
separate PayPal invoice, but payment must be received before your order

Back Orders
Back ordered means an item is currently
out of stock at the supplier and will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.
If a back ordered item is ordered with items in stock they may not
be shipped at the same time. You
will be informed of any shipping delays. The customer is not charged

Special Orders
Please allow additional time for
all special orders (items not currently featured on this website).
If an item is very large it may not qualify for Free Shipping
even if the minimum requirement has been met.

Orders
Outside the United States
This website is not automated to handle foreign shipping charges. You
will be emailed an invoice for any additional shipping charges. Once
payment is received, your order will be processed.

Damaged Shipments
For your protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you inspect
for damage. We make every effort to prevent shipping damage; however,
please keep the original shipping carton or envelope and take the following
important steps if there appears to be shipping damage: The US Postal
Service requires the recipient of the package to file damage claims.
If your order was damaged in shipment, please contact the US Postal
Service at 1-800-275-8777. They will start a claim and will notify House
And Garden Flags so that we can send out a replacement to you.
